As a subscriber to Trading with Ken Trester (TWKT) you acknowledge that Ken Trester will personally make the recommended trade approximately 5 minutes after the dissemination of the trading information to you.  Neither Ken Trester, Ultimate Option Strategies nor The Institute for Options Research offers personal trading or investment advice to subscribers. The trades you make based on Ken Trester's recommendations may made before or after after Ken Trester has entered his trade. The trades recommended by Ken Trester are for sophisticated options traders and investors. Only you can determine your level of trading expertise. Trades made by Ken Trester and offered in Trading with Ken Trester are high risk trades. Ken Trester and The Institute for Options Research are solely responsible for the trading information contained in the advisories.

FEE TERMS: TWKT limits the number of subscribers to this trading service in order to reduce the risk that too many traders will attempt identical trades and so influence the market by causing the purchase of an excessive number of contracts. TWKT cannot control how individual traders may trade their own accounts however which may therefore still affect options' prices. This is beyond our control. Due to the exclusive nature of our subscription services, your subscription fee is non-refundable.
